The SilentWings 2 fans have been highly praised since initial release, and now Germany-based be quiet! has added PWM to their most popular fans.

The initial design of the fan was already great – a 300,000 hour lifespan, custom anti-vibration mounting, and an advanced bearing technology called fluid dynamic bearings (FDB) were key features in the success of the fan – the FDB allows the fan to float on a cushion of fluid, resulting in very little friction and thus virtually no sound.

Where can I buy Silent Wings 2 in the U.S.A? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

You won't be able to sadly. Although a great news Article, the company really stays just in Europe (I think they are German based). We won't be seeing these over here anytime soon, unless someone like Dazmode brings them over in his overseas shipments from Germany.
