Replacing CM Evo fans with Noctua NFP12 Fans

Replacing evo stock fans with nfp-12 in push pull config will make any perfomance difference.

Are you currently using two fans on the Evo? If so, you are unlikely to notice a difference in performance as they are rated individually higher with regards to RPM, CFM, as well as dBA.
If you are currently using a single fan, then they will offer better cooling in push/pull configuration, as well as a quieter cooling solution. Noctua fans are often called ugly due to their color, but they are amazing.

With the cost of the 2 noctuas, you'd almost be better off buying a D14 when it goes on sale for $50 in my opinion.

actually you are correct . the two noctua nfp-12 will cost around ithink in india 30 dollors.

Noctua fans are quiet but offer little in performance increase, especially for the $.
