I would use the S12B's for case ventilation and the the P12 PWM's for your cpu heatink as it has a 4 pin pwm connector and higher static pressure to force air through the fins.
For CPU heatsink selection I would go with the H212 as it is probably cheaper than the U12P, and performs just as well. But if aesthetics are a concern, then you might as well jsut go with all noctua fans and cooler. Noctua fans will be pretty quiet.
