Silent case fans worth replacing?
I was wondering if it was worth replacing the 2 front intake fans on the Corsair 550d(or any other "silent" cases)
It is the only 2 intake fans that get air into the case and I'm on a small budget. Would you think they are worth replacing or should I just stick with only changing the heat sink fans?

If the budget is tight then stick to stock on the case, quieter fans aren't cheap, only use noctua, gentle typhoons , and cougar fans myself, but my good friend recently used prolimatech 140mm fans in his lian li and they looked/worked beautifully.

Very close to a gentle typhoon, little quieter and a little less airflow.

I have Scythe Slipstreams in my P182. They're pretty quiet as well.

I have the Noctua NF-F12 PWM. You can't go wrong with it. A little pricey but Noctua fans last a long time so it's worth it. I have a NF-S12 for 4+ years running 24/7 and it's still as quiet as the first day, while all other fans have worn out and making clicking sound.
