Default Thermalright Ultra 120 & 120 Extream, Difference?

So I want t pick up a Thermalright Ultra 120,

Question is which one to go with, which is bette and why?

The Ultra 120 0r the Ultra 120 Extream, gong by the name you would expect the Ultra 120 Extream to be the better cooling solution, however based on information found on Frostytech's Best 5 Heatsinks the Ultra 120 places 2nd and the Extream comes in # 4.

Does anyone have experience with both of these heatsinks that can voise a personal opinon on the 2. Is one larger than the other? ...

My System Specs

Default

Ultra 120 = 4 heatpipes
Ultra 120 Extreme (aka TRUE) = 6 Heatpipes

Check out anandtech.com's cpu cooler reviews, the TRUE comes in as one the best of all time, so take that over the regular 120.

Well you're looking at 4 heatpipes (120) versus 6 (120 extreme). You can check out Ultimate CPU Cooling Solutions! USA for more information on their product line up.

From there I found that they are the same size (the dimensions of the ultra were L63.5 x W132 x H160.5 mm and the dimensions of the ultra extreme were L63.44 x W132 x H160.5 mm).

I can only speak of cooling with my ultra extreme, and with a 70% overclock on my system (its in my signature) it dropped about ~8-10 degrees under load.
