Thanks. I just checked, all the fan speeds are monitored and set using Q-fan..

No you cannot, unless you use a third party fan controller, you cannot speed control fans who only have 3 pins from your motherboard. Those 3 pins are 12V, GND, and Speed sense/RPM reader. The fourth pin which isn't included is the PWM pin, which is the pin that allows the motherboard to control the speed of the fan. Third party fan controllers can change the speed of 3 pin fans because they down volt the fan, causing it to run slower.

Most motherboard manufacturers use programs (software or even in the BIOS with Cool and Quiet) to voltage regulate the Fan's onboard. So even without PWM yes, motherboards and still control 3-pin Fans.

No, AI Suite can control fans via PWM, and via voltage control.
