ripjaw x fit under cooler master 612

i have 2 sticks of ripjaw x atm and want to get a cooler master 612, does anyone know if ti fits?

I have a coolermaster 212+ with push pull config on AMD platform, motherboard is asus M5A99X EVO and it fits very well, and cools amazingly, nice thing is, I can slide the fans way up, or in my case, way down to allow cool air over dram and caps

hope this helps, I think the 612 and 212 are almost the same size.
