Yup, I have seen my 2600K much higher. Although that was in 30c ambient and with almost 1.5V on it.

So like Supergrover said there, your temps seem perfectly normal. As for what I use to monitor temps, I use AIDA64 and have a gadget running that shows me all the info about my machine I need (well pretty much).

Thanks for the links dudes(and maybe dudettes?)! I will be sure to check those out and see which ones I like the best as it seems everyone has their own preference.
