Wont be a huge difference, I own a mega and I love it! with 2 120 mm fans in push pull config a mega is a sick puppy.

I Had it the EVGA p67 FTW and Asus P67 Sabertooth with 4 sticks of gskill ripjawz with no fitment issues. On ocd i2500 under full load it never crosses 60c.

Super quiet and performs extrodinarely.

They are nice, but you can usually find thermalright silver arrows for less $$$, and I owned one, beats the NH by 2C plus IMO looks better, plus better fans.
