Arrow Try disabling the Core Unlocker in the BIOS

Checking out some other forums, you might have to disable the Core Unlocker in BIOS, for the temp's to show up in Windows.

In my bios it was 'unleashed mode' that has to be 'disabled' and it will show the core temps.

So after 10mins on prime95, its just a quick test to see if temps work.

Around 26c > 30c, I turned off the heating in the room just before the primetest.
Dont take above post for temps, as it was only ran for a few mins.
It was just a test to see if I could get the core temp stats working.

Il get a proper test results done in the morning, Im hoping my new fans arrive aswell.

Results are in after 1hr on primetest95

The fans have arrived,

2x CoolerMaster Excalibur 120mm High Air Flow Case Fan - side of case
1x CoolerMaster Excalibur 120mm High Air Flow Case Fan - top of case
2x CoolerMaster Blade Master 120mm Silent Case Fan 12cm - push/pull on cpu cooler
1x CoolerMaster Blade Master 120mm Silent Case Fan 12cm - rear exhaust
1x Standard case fan that came with case - front of case

'Unleashed Mode' - turned OFF in the bios - so cpu temp's can be monitored.
Room temp varied from 28c upto 31c

Im still tweaking the settings in the bios, so Im running at 4070mhz

The cpu fans are connected to a Akasa silent smart pwm cable

Those are nice temps! I can't even get my temps like that on 3.8ghz. Out of curiosity, do the fans on the side of your case exhaust air out of the case, or are they blowing air in the case?
