Need small heatsink that handles OC!

Hi,

I'm planning a new build, the only problem is that my case is the NZXT Phantom and it has a 120mm side panel fan that doesn't allow to install most cpu coolers, I know that I can remove the fan in order to put any heatsink but pls have in mind that I don't want to, I want to keep that 120mm fan. The max height that a heatsink can have with the 120mm fan installed is of 145mm, I'm planning to OC a i5-2500k so I need a small cooler that could handle the OC, thanks!

Can you not mount the 120mm on the outside of the case? Thats what I did when I made a new side panel for my Ultra and added a 140mm. Just dremmel the side panel if you need to and attach a filter to the fan.
