Default coolermaster hyper 212+ on Asus p8h67-m LE motherboard

I've read that the CM hyper 212+ is known for its size and that it sometimes covers up memory slots. I'm wondering if it will fit on my P8H67-M LE motherboard without covering up DIMM slots. I've got Gskill Ripjaws memory installed --> Newegg.ca - G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL.
This mobo only has 2 memory slots, so covering up one would mean i'm screwed .

Any idea if it'll fit?

even with your only 2 slots, in theory you should be fine, but you wont know unless someone with the same setup gives you a more concrete answer :)
i keep regular/cheap ram around just for cases like this.
