Default Thermaltake Frio or Cooler Master 212+

As the title says I'm deciding between the two heatsinks. The 212+ would have an extra fan in push/pull to compare with the Frio's higher price.
My current setup is....
Intel i5 2500k
Msi p67a-gd65
CM 922 with stock fans

I'm looking for the best temps, because the stock fan with my 2500k is running way too high and I need to upgrade. So between the Frio and 212+ with an added fan which would outperform the other?
Thanks, Mack Daddy

I would honestly take the FRIO.

Or get a Zalman Flex and put a Pair of CM R4's on it/Blademasters.

Best Performance IMO.

This is exactly what I'm using on my current setup (soon to be pictured). Excellent temps and pretty darn quiet too.
