The hyper and V8 are so over-rated. Spend the extra money and get a V6, V6GT, Venomous X, Megahalems or a Corsair H50/H70. I have also heard good things about the new Zalman cnps9900 max.

I wouldn't waste money on h70 and 50 or those v6 and v6gt, first hand experience with corsair H series, they are waste of money, my D14 out performed both. for CM V6 people don't seem to recommend them for the price and performance ratio

the problem is the budget, the hyper costs 23€, noctua and the others cost more than 60€
i have 30\35€ for the heatsink, which is the best buy for my budget?
if the temps will be too higt i'll set the cpu to 3.8

PS 62° is the max temp for the socket (TEMPIN0) or for the cores?

cores. so if you get near that it's not good, as i said undershoot it by at least 10deg. you can yes run it close to 62 but that will kill the chip a lot faster.

hyper212+ is popular choice yes but from personal experience it's not ideal for that OC 4 ghz and 3.8 not a big difference.
