Best blue LED fan

Any ideas on good blue LED fans?

Right now the big players seem to be the Yate Loon D12BL-12-UB fans, and the CoolerMaster R4 fans. The Gelid Wing 12 PL fans look good too, it's just a shame they're nowhere to be found in Canada.

What's good to you? Quiet? Lots of air? Both?
The R4 offers the most amount of airflow out of those three, but is probably the loudest. Gelids are pretty quiet, but I don't know what they're like for airflow (I only have an 80mm one). As for the Yate Loon, I can't comment on that as I've never seen one in real life. However, my Red/Black ones from NCIX are pretty balanced for air flow/noise.

I would say Gelid>Coolermaster>>>Yate Loon.

I just bought four CM R4's and they push alot of air. The only other blue LED fan that I have to compare them to is the Enermax Apollish. http://www.enermaxusa.com/catalog/pr...2315e2a50340c2
These fans look very nice and they are not as loud as the R4's but they don't even push as much air as my 5YR old when he farts. :shok: That being said the R4's are not very loud at all and I can't hear any of them over my GTX 275's fan @ 60%.

Enermax Apollish Vega's ones move a lot more air. Rated at 800-2000 RPM with a air flow of 56.51-143.72.
Here is a link to a blue 120mm one: http://www.enermaxusa.com/catalog/pr...688b61e6c3e14d

Newegg.com - ENERMAX Apollish UCAP12-BL 120mm Case Fan

71 CFM ain't bad... but i think they are ugly... rather use by regular black fan and get 91 CFM

The Yate Loons are OK. Not too loud but they don't really move a lot of air. The LEDs are bright, like the ones in the Antec 1200 pics. Just a note tho, i would get better screws coz the ones Yate Loon gives you are absolute crap. They strip easily.
