cool but how do you control the rpms? actually...hmm...uou can hook that one molex in with some do it yourself...hmmmm

From the picture, it looks like those voltage regulators give you the choice of several voltage settings, but the voltage is set at a predetermined level for each plug, so you probably can't run them all at one level. And no fan rpm feedback, obviously. And since they have the tab for the card socket, this probably wouldn't fit into a PCI-E slot.

Well, technically, that BP unit is just giving the 5V and 12V right out of the molex, and crossing the two to give 7V, which not everybody is entirely at ease with. This unit looks like it actually pulls the voltage down via regulator, which eliminates that issue, albeit with a little bit of heat to contend with (which shouldn't be an issue when mounted in an expansion slot).
