Default cpu cooler question!

So i'm looking at two cpu coolers right now, the Cooler Master V8 and Corsair H50, not sure which one is better. I have read the review on this site for the V8, i'm going to be running a core i5 750 and OC it to maybe 3ghz or 3.2ghz. If i'm right, the price is about the same on both units. So anyone have a suggestion or something between the two? Just want the one that will keep my i5 running the "coolest"..haha...
thanks for any help!! Oh, and I am going to have them in a Antec 1200 case, if the means anything.

Between those two go with H50. you'll get better temps.

no love for the contact core from sunbeam? you can find one for about 25-30$ and very hard to beat per dolalr spent.

but yeah, between those two h50

The H50 is definitely the best out of those two. And much better than the Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer that dangtx suggested; the Sunbeam is a great budget cooler, but can't compare to the high-end stuff.

The V8 is not a very good cooler. I would suggest the Coolermaster Hyper 212+ as it refines the Sunbeam CCF even further (well, it's mostly based on HDT.... still). The H50 is only really good if you can't fit a 120mm cooler into your case or don't want all the strain of a big cooler on your mobo.

A bit off topic, but you might just find yourself overclocking the i5 750 a tad more than 3.2ghz as it so easily overclocks on stock volts ~3.5ghz and at reasonable temps. Just a thought.

I have own a H50 previously and Push pull is the best config you can do. Also try to find a place in the case where it wont blow the video card exhaust or the hotair over the CPU. Mine was placed in the top fan mount of my ATCS 840. It would have been nice if the tube were long enough to place it in the front or in the bottom.
