Well, all the screws are down all the way and it has a full 70LBS of pressure so I imagine it is good to go. Thanks everyone Ill reply with templs here and get some feedback if they seem right.

Update:

No temperature tests yet, but I remounted it and it is solid. It still does twist, but I need to actually apply liberal force to get it to move. Seems that one of the mounting screws needed 1/4 more of a turn... What a difference!

I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it's twisting on its own.
I have the same heatsink and the retention design is much better than any Thermalright cooler I've had before it.
If anything, the retention on the Ultima-90 allowed much more twisting but it did just fine.
