Yes and No. Will it cool your CPU better than Stock? Yes. However if its like their last SpinQ I don't think changing the orientation will make any impact on it. Good for Eye Candy, but there are much better Coolers out there.

just looked up a review or two. its not bad, but its a killer on your hands if you swing 'em by fast lol and the performance per dollar spent is not quite up there

you do remember the 'small elefant sized' one from a few years back? either gigabyte or asus cooler..memory fails me atm
