Default Good quiet 120mm watercooling

Hey guys,

Looking for some recomendations on good silent 120mm fans that can be used as case fans and watercooling. Please dont recommend CM silent fans or noctua poo fans as they need to meld with the black case. I wont be able to run a fan controller as I only have 1 external 5.25" bay filled with a DVD writer.

The Gelids are awesome for Fans, if a bit pricy at times. At that Point I'd try and get the SileX Fans, Although the SilenX Xtreme might push enough air to create Turbulance Noise.

Or as an alternate:

NCIX.com - Buy Yate Loon D12BL-12-UB 120MM UV Blue LED Fan 1200RPM 45CFM 24DB 3/4PIN Ball Bearing Sleeved Retail - D12BL-12-UB In Canada.

Lower Noise and Power Yate Loons.

NCIX.com - Buy AeroCool V12 Blackline Edition 120MM Translucent Black Case Fan 1000RPM 29.7CFM 17.3DBA W/ Blue LED - V12 BlackLine Edition In Canada.

Not many people Consider AeroCool, but I've had first hand on a lot of their Fans, and they have withstood the test of time. Which is just as important to me as anything else. Plus they fit with your Colour Theme.

For radiators get the Scythe GT1850 on a controller, or some S-Flex "F"s without a controller.

For case fans, just go with whatever looks cool.

Im running scythe S-Flex's right now and their pretty loud... I have 2 Gelid green UVs in the top that seem pretty quiet but its hard to judge, there is alot of whining coming from this case...

Depends which model of the scythes you have RS. I've got G's (1900 rpm), and I would never run them at 12v, they would sound like a hovercraft. The D's and E's are pretty quiet.

Gentle Typhoons 1450RPM are damn silent. Can't hear 'em at all really, unless your ear is up against it.

I like ImmaPC's Coolermaster fans. Pushes more air than the 120mm Red/Black Yate Loon

If you're talking about R4's, yeah they are awesome. Not really the quietest of the Lot but they not only Push more Air than the Red YL's but have more static pressure than anything in YL's inventory. And come close and surpass many Scythes.
