Blademaster Probably. Close to an R4, very close. But getting very hard to find.

The R4s are great fans when silence isnt a concern, but they are on the loud side and considering I dont feel like messing around with a fan controller their not really an option. I believe the S-Flex's im running are the 1200RPM models. I have plenty of cooling head room after dropping my clocks to 3.6ghz so Im not to worried about max performance in W/C, id just like to drop the Dbs a bit. The red YLs are also fairly loud for my tastes, so I may just end up going with the Gelids for now.

R4s are not loud by themselves IMO, the turbulence generated through the grille is loud though
