Best low profile heatsink?

Im currently thinking about scrapping watercooling as my problem is costing more and more lol.
So I am planning on throwing my system into an HTPC case and would like to cool it as best as possible while maintaining acceptable temps for a 3.8ghz OC on my i7 860.

In fact I plan on cramming my system (specs are there) into this case and would like to cool it as much as possible while making it as quiet as possible.



Right now , what is the top dog for a low profile cooler or one that would fit in this case?

your opinion, with a good fan that should keep acceptable temps @ 3.8 - 4ghz on an i7 860? I was looking at that actually and this is a whole new ball park when it comes to badass coolers in small packages + hot cpus.

As long as the case has decent enough air flow 3.8GHz shouldn't be a problem at all.

Holy crow expensive lol, but when I sell my WC kit(even though this sink with a fan/bolt though kit its more expensive then a heatkiller lol) it shoud come out even and I will get back much needed room.

No i miss the days of having my main machine in a slim form factor.Mount the monitor on top of the case and I can save myself much needed space. My house is rather small and space is at a premium. The case I have picked out is big enough to fit a full size ATX and VGA cards, yet smaller then a mid tower case. I have estimated max heatsink height to be 5" - 5.25" max.

I plan on the following for cooling and case

Thermalright T-RAD2 GTX
Thermalright VRM-R4
Thermalright AXP-140
Noctua 140mm fan
Nmedia HTCP 6000B desktop case
