Default Help choosing Heatsink Cooler

Hey folks my mind is mush from reading reviews on Coolers. I figured why not ask the audience. I want to push my E8400 a bit higher I've read the e8400 can be pushed to 4.0 GHz I don't necessarily need to go that high wondering what type of cooler I should purchase for this.

My setup is as follows : E8400 at 3.0 GHz l Evga 750i SLI FTW l WD 7200 640 GB Black l 4 GB G-Skill DDR2-1066 l Evga 260 GTX and BFG 260 GTX 216's SLI l Corsair TX750 W l CM 690 case

Thanks

you can push the e8400 at 4ghz with any good cooler. the Cm 212+ is more than enough for it

if the 212+ can do the job on I7 CPU , a e8400 produce way less heat, you can add a second fan to it, to improove the performance too
