Default CPU fan recommendations

I am putting together a new rig and was wondering what CPU heatsink and fan I should go with.

Here is my setup

CPU: i7 920
Mainboard: either a Gigabyte Gigabyte EX58-UD5 or an Asus P6T
Video Card: Radeon 5770
Memory: G.SKILL F3-10666CL9D-4GBNQ PC3-10666 4GB 2X2GB 30167

I am looking to spend no more then $50.00

Thanks

Actually I found that same heatsink before I even started this thread. It basically confirms that I should purchase it.

A few dollars cheaper but they also have the video card that I want at the lowest price around.

Should I also get some case fans for some good air flow?

I am using an Ultra 500watt PSU. I hope that is enough wattage.

Thanks

500 watt may be cutting it close. I would suggest something like this:

Corsair TX 650W Power Supply w/ 120mm Fan at Memory Express Computers

Yeah, I thought about that. Is there a software that can tell me the load on my PSU?

Very general indication, ballpark only. The quality of the psu is very important for the longevity of your parts.
