Arctic releasing a high-end gpu passive cooler

This company seems to produce good products for good prices- The Accelero S1 looks like it will be a great, silent alternative to water but it seems to be a little late in the realease. It will fit cards up to the 1950 xtx and the 7950 gt, but with the rash of affordable dx10 cards coming out in the near future and the huge popularity of the 8800's, it seem like they're a little after the gun. Here's a brief article with pics.

What sucks is that both the S1 and S2 are dual-slot coolers, plus they're freakin' tall. Performance should be identical to Thermalright's HR-03. WHY CAN'T THERE BE ANY GOOD, SILENT, ONE-SLOT GPU COOLERS?!?!
