Custom 120mm Fan Grill

Does anyone know where I can get a custom grill done for 120mm fan? I'd prefer something local'ish (GVRD). But if I can only get it done elsewhere, I'll order it. (REALLY want it to be in Canada. Don't want to go crazy on shipping this.) I'd even be willing to pay someone that has access to a shop that does good work. (Pictures of previous work would be necessary for a private commission.)
