Than either the Prolimatech MegaN or Zalman Flex. BOTH are kick ass coolers.
Just pair them with a kick ass fan or two and you will be good to go! :)

My recommendation is OC Freeze lol. Which seems to be the most underrated thermal paste ever but performs amazingly well. Gets kind of narsty after 2 years though

Yeah, I ran some tests with the 955be + CM 212+ here..... Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus CPU Cooler Review Comment Thread Idle temps are a bit wonky (too low), but it'll give you an idea of what it will do.

Bottom line is that it'll do a fairly high OC, but , at the upper end the high temps are more than likely hurting the OC, and your proc would probably run a bit hotter.
