Alright, would u mind explaining because I am very interested in this thread and that answer puzzles me.

Push is the intake for the HS because it's pushing air onto the heatsink and pull means that it's pulling air out from the HS.

Always have the stronger fan pulling. Most times even if both fans are identical there's always one a tad stronger than the other. I've noticed this especially with Noctuas.
