Default Which Fan Controller?

I'm thinking about getting a fan controller unit. I've tried software based controllers Speedfan which is hit & miss at best (as well as a bit of a learning curve) and the reasonably okay Asus Q-Fan which my mobo supports. But I'm thinking a controller device would be better for easy access and case bling.

I think I've narrowed it down to three models. Not sure if the knobbed ones will fit behind the door of the Raven case but if it doesn't I'll use it in my Antec Nine Hundred.

Scythe

NZXT

Zalman

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Ive tried the NXZT and the viewing angle is awful. So unless you're far away an facing or your system sits up high in front of your face, its not very useful.

The Kaze master is alright for a cheap solution, but if you can afford it the power monitoring and nicer look of the Zalman is what i would go for.

I'm partial to the Zalman MFC-1 Plus (not on list). Yes it's an oldie compared to others but still great. Combination of simple functionality, nice simple design, no fancy lcds (unless you like em), just dials + controls 6 fans.

I had no idea Zalman has a newer model, i've got the MFC-2, i like it other than the restrictive viewing angles, this looks to be much improved.

Have not tried any of the ones you listed, but I recently got a Sunbeam Rheobus, and it's great. I run 2 Yate Loons for intake on 1 channel, 1 Yate Loon for exhaust on another channel, a 200mm Big Boy on a third, and my PSU fan on the 4th. (Did a little fan mod to reduce noise )
My only gripe is the friggin' bright LEDs. Going to rip them out and cover them with a little paint. Should fix the problem, but hey, for $13 PM'd, you can't go wrong.

If you want NZXT controller, this one would be a cheaper option but it is not available in Canada yet.

^That looks less gaudy than the Sentry. I might watch for that one. Thanks for the head's up.

I am also leaning towards the MFC3. :)
