Default CPU temp vs Core temp

Hi, im wondering what is bether, lower cpu temp or lower core temp?

why? it's easy, i have 2 heatsink, bolt running with noctuap12 in push/pull, the u12p se 1366 give me higher cpu temp but less on core temp than my new cooler master 212+

Thanks
Phil
