I'm running those exact temps with my AMD 955 running at 3.7GHz per core at stock voltage but with a Corsair H50. Are you running the CM Hyper 212+ with 2 fans? Seems pretty solid, now start overclocking!

Gingerbee, these fans are perfect for a RAD. You are thinking the wrong numbers. CFM is only 66 but Static Pressure is Higher than most YL's and on Par with Noctuas. At 3.53mmH20 these fans are awesome for Rads and Heatsinks.

went with 2 of these to replace the fans on the cpu cooler.

Wow that's a lot of airflow. I hope you have an extra PWM slot on your mobo so you can control their speed or else they are going to be very loud!

It will sound like a f22 raptor at boot up or the airflow could rip a hole in the space time continuum

Absolutely excessive given the nature of the actual cooler.
Something like those on a CU True I could see, but not a 212+ .
My thoughts at least.

I found the 3 line thermal paste to be the most effective. Heres my temps for this cooler.
