Default IFX-14 Compatibility

Hi Guys,

Uhmm.. I was wondering if the thermalright IFX-14 CPU HSF is compatible with eVGA 780i SLI FTW mobo and NZXT Tempest case? Are there any clearance issue between mobo and CPU HSF or case and CPU HSF?

Thanks

It's huge. I had one. Be extra careful of the dimensions, and where is the CPU located on your board.

CPU is located on top of the board and left of DIMM slots

I know that, that's the typical location. I meant the distance between the CPU and the edge of the board, in relation to the top of the case once the board is installed. The HSF is so large that it extends past the edge of the board. And it may foul on the top of the case once the board is installed.
