1000rpm Ultra Kazes?
Just thought I'd toss this question out, possibly saving myself a few bucks:
Basically, I'm looking for a pair of very slow 38mm fans. My current stock of 38's are all rated around the 2000rpm mark, and all make their own funny noises once they get down to the 600-700rpm mark. The one option I haven't tried are the 1K Ultra's, but I'd jsut as soon save myself the $20 and drive across town if they're not going to work for me.
Does anyone here have any experience with undervolting the 1000rpm variant of Scythe's Ultra Kaze fans? How slow will they go? Start-up voltages? Any unusual noises? Any input appreciated.
