My System Specs

Default S-Flex Fans

I have noticed that 120mm S-Flex fans F (1600) emit very low freq hum even at 800-1000 RPM. Did anyone else notice it?

Yup, I very much don't like that noise. I had two 1600rpm s-flex fans on my TRUE from my last system and they would hum in that matter at around 8-10v. Replaced those gus quick... But now they're gone anyways, hehe.

Depends on the fan, I find. I've got half a dozen F's, and while most of them undervolt perfectly, one or two of them aren't as cooperative in the 7-10V range. They clear up around the 5V mark, though.

Weird, I must be lucky because I've never heard my fans. I run them down to about 900RPM and I can't even hear them over over my pump/PSU.
