Default His 4870 + Trad2 + Lc20 = work?

I have the HIS 4870 1gig and a Silverstone LC20 and am wanting to pick up the Trad2 for the 4870, does anyone know if this cooler will have height issues in this case?

Assuming that you're already using the card in that case,

Provided the card and the cooler dosen't exceed 170mm or 17cm or 6.7" you'll be fine. Based on the specs of the case its accomodates full height PCI slot expansion cards therefore I don't see it being a problem. The height of the cooler is only a 104mm tall (vertically), so when you install it on the 4870 you'll have to consider any additional height based on its mounting position, but I don't see it being a problem.

Not to be a jackass and I am all about helping out where I can, just for future reference most information is available from the respective manufacturers website and will likely provide you the information you might be looking for.

I don't have the 4870 in yet as I won't have time until the weekend to play around with it. Thanks for the good info.

I actually for some reason never even thought of the manufactures website. lol I was googling like crazy but never even though of that. lol THanks.

No better place to find information about a product than from the people who make it.
