Great choice. The fan is silent, but if he feels it is too loud, just undervolt !

Another suggestions, don't put a fan on the heatsink, only have one as exhaust on the rear of the case, and make a duct to the heatsink. Some cardboard should do the trick, and may help you eliminate the need for a fan on the heatsink.
