According to some reviews. At full load you will experience 3-4 degress difference max. If this is important for you, go for the TRUE. If not, choose the one will better fit you mobo/case combination.

The additional heatpipes of the TRUE is likely what gives it the advantage over the noctua.

Got my Noctua and it dropped my temps be OVER 25c!!!!!!

Loving it!!!!!!!

Very nice. I just bought the evga, and I was wondering if you were able to fit the Noctua on the evga with BOTH fans attached to the heatsink?

Yes I was. It does barely touch the MOSFET Heatsink but I am not worried about that.
