ok then something must be wrong with mine to have my temps so high compaired to your temps
what would cause this heatsinc not seated properly?
my room temp is rarely ( in winter) over 20 degrees C
edit I just noticed in your picks that the core voltage is at .944 where mine is at 1.120V
your core speed is at 1586.8 mhx where mine is at 2000.0mhz
your bus speed is 264.5 mhz mine is 333.3Mhz
and your rated fsb is at 1057.8 MHz where mine is 1333.3mhz
could this be why your temps at idle are so low?

Yep, in idle I like to undervolt/underclock. :)
But I suggest you something else: idle temperatures means nothing for 45 nm CPU. Those CPU sensors are not calibrated for idle but for triggering thermal throttle/shutdown thus they become more accurate in full-load.
So, take latest RealTemp, fire up Orthos (small FTTs)/LinX (max available memory) and watch distance to TJMax. If it's >20-30 then you're perfect fine.

I say to rely on distance to TJMax because this is straight DTS reading (core temperature reported by CPU on die digital sensors). When this value is <2 then thermal throttling is engaged. Something like this

Or worst

But if you like "old" fashioned temperature reading keep an eye on it then.

I'm sorry I meant to ask what do you mean by that Like I said I am new to this so could you walk me through this
I have downloaded everything and have it set up ( well ok I have it running)
what do I do to check this.
edit
I ran the linX MiB all and at the same time ran Orthos Beta for Torture Test ran 15 minutes 17 seconds - 0 errors, 0 warnings.
Execution halted.
on the Real Temp the Distance to TJ MAx was 43 43-45 what does this mean? I tryed to take a screenshot but for some reason it didn't work lol

No need to run both. Pick one and run it. :)
43-45 distance to TJMax in full-load is very good.
As for screenshot if you want to capture only active window press Alt+Prt Scr, open IrfanView and paste. Save as whatever you like (png, jpg) and attach it here.
If you want to capture entire desktop then press Prt Scr and paste in IrfanView.
