Default Vendetta2 - Fan is loud?

So I really like my Vendetta2 in that the cpu is nice and chilled. But the thing sounds like a bloody B52 on takeoff unless I turn it down to about 80 percent. Anybody else having this problem?

You need to go into your bios and adjust the fan speeds.

Any decent bios should allow this.

You could always Replace the Fan as well with a Scythe PWM Version. They use better bearings according to a few people that are quieter.

Dadzilla you could always replace the fan with a Noctua Nf-p12 will keep it silent and cool. My 2 cents.

So now I will try the Noctua Nf-p12 I think. Does it mount up the same way as the stock fan?
