Vendetta 2 with a bolt through kit and a better fan.

$32.99 after MIR Canada Computers - Cooling > CPU Cooling : OCZ (OCZTVEND2) Vendetta 2 CPU Cooler For Sockets AMD 754/755/939/AM2, Intel LGA775* .

You should be able to grab a bolt-thru kit for around $6-$7 and if you want slightly better cooling or noise levels grab a Noctua NF-P12 or a Scythe S-Flex 1600rpm both are very popular and good performers and can be bought on sale for around $10-15

Alwaysrun mention the fans in his post (fourth one down).

NCIX.com - Buy Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F 120MM Cooling Fan 1600RPM 28.0DBA 63.7CFM FDB - SFF21F In Canada.

or if noise is no problem there is a more powerful 1900RPM S Flex

Just a thought, why don't Scythe and Noctua make there top fans with PWM, I know Scythe has the Kama line of fans with PWM as I'm using 2 92mm one's for my front case fans but no S-Flex.
