Since this is opinion based,
The two that post good numbers on Quad-Cores so would be exceptional for the 150w of heat generated by a OC E8400 would be,

Zerotherm - NV120 Nirvana
Zerotherm - FZ120 With Push/Pull.

Miggs, you could always Opt for a Yate Loon Highflow Fan as well. I hear it works wonders replacing the stock ones for Heatsinks.
