Default Fan 4 Ultra-120

For a heatsink I've decided on the Thermalright ULTRA-120, now my question is what fan do you guys recommend for it?

Only ever had the stock HS, I ordered a si-128, then picked up a x-2 the next week so it never saw aftermarket cooling.
Here the link to the panaflo

Edit: FYI they are a 38mm fan

I can vouch for those panaflos- they are great for pushing air through things like heatsinks and rads- my temps dropped by 5 degrees at idle once I put them on my RAD

Yeah noise will play a part, it doesn't have to be whisper quiet but close would be nice.

Bab: I will check out the panflos.
