Default Scythe Ninja Plus Rev. B

Will the Ninja Plus Rev. B be tall enough not to interfere with using the first ram slot on a DFI LANParty UT Ultra-D?

I just intalled one on a Sapphire ATI Crossfire mobo. *EDIT* The fins do clear the ram slots 1 & 2 ...(I'm not sure if a ram stick could fit in slot 1). The fins partly blocks the cpu fan connector (between the fins and the blue ram sockets is the beige thingy) and the 8 pin 12V power connector (thick black cable at the top of the Noctua case fan). Also if I install a fan (a Antec P150 case), the frame of the fan will be touching and pushing down on the ram in slots 3 & 4. I've left the fan off for now and the temps are the same as before on a socket 939 3700+.

If you add the fan to the ninja you lose the 1st slot on a lot of boards including my asrock 478 board and a intel bx2 board.
