One last thing I did was rip out the stock fan that came with the Vendetta 2 and put on one of my Noctuas and so far it seems to be working well. But it's hard to tell which one of my alterations is responsible for the cooler temps now. I've Got Prime 95 going atm so I'll check back and post results if any.
