Yes, 1 pump for 2 big blocks (CPU/GPU) is the most we can go. When we get to 3 or more, it's better to split the loops but you can afford to have a smaller rad for the GPU since they aren't temp bound but voltage bound. The CPU need the coldest water temp.

The main question is to know if you have room for 2 loops since it take a lot of room with 2 pumps and 2 radiators.
