I have an HD4850 IceQ4 Turbo and I can definitely recomend them. The cooling is great! My card has never gone over 69 degrees even when OCed to 700MHz. With the fan cranked up full it is still pretty quiet (seriously, I expected it to be way noisier). I keep the fan at 40% and can't hear it over everything else. (The new CCC lets you control the fan speeds now!)

Once I get my new 22" monitor I will be Crossfiring 2 of these.
