I'm guessing that you're aiming to buy local, and those are the two most suited offerings? What kind of system are you powering? The GameXStreams are pretty consistent for bad voltage ripple at higher loads. If your system is never going to get anywhere near the PSU max, EVER, it might do the trick just fine. Otherwise, I'd probably give the Mushkin unit a shot.
Assuming, of course, that you're strictly limited to these two choices.
