Default Home Server

Well I decided to up my geek cred a bit and build a server, because really, why not? I'm running a desktop and a HTPC, so it would be nice to centralize my storage anyway.

So far, here's what I'm using:
Thermaltake VF6000BNS Lanbox, as it can hold 4 storage HDD's and 1 for my OS
http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/Computers(ME)/ComputerComponents(ME)/ComputerCases(ME)/MicroATXCases(ME)/Default.aspx

and then to hold 2 of the drives, http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX18486(ME).aspx

and then I'm using a Corsair HX520W PSU, overkill, yes, but I had it laying around, plus it's modular so it works.

Now here's the question, what do you guys think would work pretty well for a processor/motherboard combo for this thing?
