I too had a OCZ PSU die on me as well. Best thing to do is go to OCZ Forum - Powered by vBulletin and go to the power supply forum. You'll need to register but it's not a big deal. Start a thread and describe the problem and let them know you tried to jumpstart the psu with no sucess.
You'll need to include proof of purchase when you send it back. The people at OCZ are really nice and had no problem in dealing with this. The only problem I had involved them losing my psu.. but by having the option for someone to sign for it at their end solves that issue. This way you'll have proof that it made it there.. lol.. The whole process only took about 10 days. Which isn't too bad.
