Being creative and original is great and I'm all for it, but I would think you would want some consistency with the site, especially for t-shirts, have the beaver somewhere on the t-shirt. Case badges might be a little harder since they would be smaller.
Call me a geek but I was thinking about designing a t-shirt for my own build.
